Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested for donations or payments made in error or under special circumstances. You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

• Duplicate or accidental donations
• Incorrect amount entered
• Technical error during transaction
• Donor did not authorize the payment

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, please send an email to tdwsociety@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name and contact details
• Date and amount of donation/payment
• Transaction reference number (if available)
• Reason for refund request

Our team will acknowledge your request and process valid refunds within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

• Refund requests made after 7 days of donation/payment date
• Donations made under voluntary or promotional campaigns clearly marked "non-refundable"
• Funds already utilized for charitable purposes
• Fraudulent transactions not reported immediately

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases outlined above.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7–14 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
