Refunds may be requested for donations or payments made in error or under special circumstances. You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

Our team will acknowledge your request and process valid refunds within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases outlined above.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7–14 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
